Adobe Reader Lite is the lite version of Adobe Reader. The bloated features, or the features that are used rarely like auto update, has been removed from the installation package to reduce the size.
Adobe Reader has 41.1 MB in size, while Adobe Reader Lite has 21.7 MB. The optimization is near to 50%. If you want to make sure that you can read all PDF documents but without the unwanted features in Adobe Reader, then Adobe Reader Lite could be your choice. However, note that Adobe Reader Lite isn’t officially supported by Adobe.
