Block Program from Running with Free AppLocker
AppLocker may not an advanced program blocker that enables you to have different setting for different user account, but it is a good choice if you simply want to disable certain programs until you need them back. Just type the name of the program along with the extension that you want to block from running. Unlocking is as simple as selecting the locked program and then click the Unlock button.
AppLocker is a freeware that works for Windows 2K, Windows XP, Windows 2003 and Windows 2008.
