Outlook Attachment Reminder Reminds You When You Forget the Attachment File

outlook attachment reminderWhen we send email, we usually forget the attached file that it should be sent with the email. This can often happen when we need to send hundred of emails to our different customers and each of them has a different attachment file. This can be bad if the attached file is the important file that should be sent on time. Therefore, we need a help that can remind us when we forget to attach the file in our email.

The Outlook Attachment Reminder that you can use to work with Office Outlook 2007 and 2010 is a good solution to remind you whenever you forget to attach file when you send the email. This free application will prompt you with a message box when there is no an attached file within the email that you’re about to send. This application is developed in VS 2008 (C# and requires .NET 3.5), which uses the VSTO.

This application is pretty useful, but it needs to be fixed to be able to work well in all Office Outlook version (this application isn’t easily accessible in Outlook 2010). I wonder when this feature will be added as an official feature of Outlook rather than an add-in.
